Open, modular architecture

CREWS is a software integration platform that supports any Windows-compatible application, with no long and costly certification procedure. Based on a client/server architecture, CREWS is compatible with airlines’ emulators and applications, specific airport agent software, RESA’s local DCS, etc.

Secure access

CREWS manages access rights that automatically launch the desired applications for specified users. Once the user logs out, the computer quits the applications and returns to its initial configuration.

CREWS is also equipped with a peripheral manager that contains all the drivers needed to operate peripherals connected to a workstation. The peripheral manager is installed on all workstations connected to peripherals. It allows the equipment to be shared among several airlines and protects the computer from being connected to unwanted peripherals.

CREWS also has its own task manager for switching between applications that are open at the same time.

Controlled costs

CREWS licenses are granted for an unlimited period. CREWS comes with all the user-friendly tools agents need to support and administer the system.

The maintenance contract includes free updates, with a guarantee that the airport will always have the latest version of the software regardless of the Windows operating system it uses.
