BAGERA interfaces with the airport information system and airlines’ DCS systems. It provides accurate information at all times as to the whereabouts of a bag from check-in to loading and everywhere in between.

Easy and reliable reconciliation

Thanks to the multi-language portable scanners, baggage handlers have access to real-time information. They can easily locate bags, identify transfer bags, load and offload bags and ULDs after an alert, identify bags with short connections, create rush bags, etc.

BAGERA workstations, through an application launched from a standard browser, enable staff to view and monitor the baggage management process. Supervisors can assign new ULDs to flights, monitor the loading process, authorize rush bags, revoke a bag, print baggage manifests at any time, etc.

A Future-proof solution

BAGERA is compatible with imminent arrival of RFID technology for baggage tags, and can be tailored to meet specific airport needs. The system can create user groups, so baggage handlers have access to information and functions only for the flights they are working on.
