A secure solution

Interfaced with the INFOPAX modules (operational database, seasonal and real time schedule), DIAGRAM allows users to visualize and allocate resources via a graphic interface, including check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage chutes, exits, baggage carrousels, and parking stands.

DIAGRAM reads and updates data from the Flight Information Management System. Everything done via DIAGRAM automatically updates the INFOPAX database. Any modifications made in real time are automatically sent to the INFOPAX modules.

The resources are allocated safely thanks to a series of consistency checks performed by the system. For example, it is impossible to assign more than one flight to a given parking stand.

An easy-to-use system

A user-friendly graphic interface makes it easy to allocate resources to each flight just by dragging and dropping. The result is shown graphically on the screen.

The print function prints a graphic report of the resources allocated at any given moment. The printout can be given to other agents as needed.
