With INVOICE, users can create as many rules as needed for maximum automation of all the airport billing operations. The rules can be modified at any time to accommodate changes in laws or new airport billing procedures.

Secure billing

INVOICE imports information from the Flight Information Management System. This prevents errors due to time-consuming manual input and improves the automation and productivity of the airport billing department.

INVOICE also interfaces with CASTOR, the flight traffic and load data collection system, which receives information directly from the airlines and agents. The information from the airlines is matched with IATA traffic and load messages, and CASTOR then performs a consistency check. Some of this information is used for billing purposes. INVOICE receives comprehensive, reliable information resulting in quicker billing and fewer contested invoices.

INVOICE interfaces with all standard accounting systems, so there is no interruption in the airport accounting chain.

Electronic Billing

INVOICE creates electronic invoices, which facilities archiving. Above all, the invoices can be sent by e-mail, for faster processing.
