Land use fees

ATLAS ensures that airport tenants are billed for rental and related services such as cleaning, air conditioning, etc. The rental unit is expressed in m2 per year. The rental charges are calculated based on an agreement, and a credit note or additional invoice is generated automatically if there is a change.

Facilities

ATLAS manages the billing of equipment and facilities such as furnishings, parking places, and network access outlets attributed to a customer as of a given date. These items can be billed in advance or at the end of a fixed period. Different billing periods can apply to each item (monthly bill for a parking place, quarterly billing for a workstation, etc.). Again, any changes result in an automatic invoicing update.

Utilities consumption and service

ATLAS also bills tenants and temporary users for utilities service and consumption (electricity, water, telephone). Users are billed for actual consumption based on meter readings taken at the end of each period. ATLAS can also import files generated by a remote automated meter reading system.

Commercial Fees

ATLAS bills business for commercial fees based on a percentage of projected sales or a flat rate. When the actual sales figures are reported, an updated invoice is generated.
