Composed of a set of complementary modules, PAXTRACK is a complete system for monitoring passengers in the airport. PAXTRACK provides triple quality of service to airports, passengers, airlines and handling agents.
PAXTRACK follows passengers throughout their route in the airport. The system collects all passenger information and stores them in a database, for the airport to consult, perform searches or analyse the behaviour of passengers while on site.
PAXTRACK CONTROL & ACCESS checks the validity and uniqueness of boarding passes at the various points of control within the airport, notably at security checkpoints. It also validates the proper location of passengers, thus strengthening the security of checks and avoiding the presence of unauthorised passengers in the boarding zone. It also manages priority access for certain frequent or high-contribution passengers. These access permissions are defined by the airport according to agreements made with the airlines. These airlines can therefore provide privileged treatment to some of their passengers.
Via interactive self-service terminals, PAXTRACK GUIDE & SHOP provides a personalised information service to passengers, helping them to find their bearings in the airport: information on the flight, the boarding gate, the time necessary to reach the gate, etc. Reassured of the route, passengers can continue to stroll unhurriedly in the commercial zone.
PAXTRACK MISSING PAX is a presence manager which monitors passengers in the boarding zone. Using various information collected by PAXTRACK, airlines are advised of the presence of passengers in the airport and in the boarding zone. They can therefore optimise identification of those who are late and accelerate the boarding process.
